Katheryn Katheryn Suzy SuzyKatheryn Winnick is a Canadian actor, producer and director from Canada. She starred on the critically-acclaimed Emmy-winning television show Vikings that was created by MGM, The History Channel which won her a variety of accolades. Winnick is also the director for one episode from Vikings in the year 2020. Entertainment Weekly declared that her role as "Lagertha might be the most exciting feminist character on television." The actress has received numerous acclaims for her performance as the ferocious shieldmaiden. Some of them include an award from the Women's Image Network Award for the Best Actress of a TV Drama Series for 2018. Critic's Choice Award as the top Supporting Actress as well as the Canadian Screen Award for the Leading Dramatic Actress for 2014, the Women's Image Network Award for the Top Actress for a TV Drama Series in 2015 and 2016, and the Golden Maple Award for the most outstanding Actress for the role of a TV Series. Katheryn has also been awarded The Serendipity Films' Award for her outstanding performance at the Banff World Media Festival 2015 along with her prestigious nods. Additionally to these prestigious nominations, Katheryn received the Serendipity Award of Excellence during the Banff World Media Festival in 2015.
